Is there a minimum commitment?
That’s a great question. Our monthly plan is the minimum we can offer. It can take this long to create an efficient process to deliver you the best content and to fully get to know and onboard your business into our system.
What is the turnover time for each request?
Most services are delivered within 24-72 hours. However, more complex services may take longer. We will inform you about the expected delivery time for each service at the time you place a request.

What billing options do you offer?
We offer credit card billing or invoicing depending on the subscription plan you choose.
How can I request a design?
Our portal is in development as you read this! For the meantime we use Emails, Slack, and Zoom meetings.
How many design can I request?
Unlimited! Our operation system gives you up to 10 request per day, and up to 13 requests in backlog (Backlog means waiting for content, revision, feedback, or approval). Which worth over 230hr per month. Most services are delivered within 24-72 hours. However, more complex services may take longer.
How do we communicate?
Live chat on Slack, Zoom meeting, and Emails. Your assigned Project Manager will be available on Slack to answer questions, provide feedback, and inform you on delivery and/or approvals required.
